Here is an issue I could use some help on. My LW 4000 intermittently has an arch rotate fail. Usually the sfrinse cycle. The wash arm ends up in home position with the spray arch parallel to the bridge. Not quite home. And all the way to the t bar. I have had pros come out and they tell me to keep the arch free of grease etc. All prix switches are new as the bridge is only 6 months old. New eyes on the VT as well. Thanks!!!!!!

Your trolley is going to far to the passengers side, at the rear of the car and rotating into the tbar.,could be a x30 issue, switch cable,or bad wire in festoon.

Your trolley could also be coasting...I know you said it mostly happens on SFR, but I would watch the LW4000 closely and be sure the it's not moving while coming down the passengers side.

They usually mount the tbars on the inside of the bridge, I moved all ours to the outside of the bridge, you just need to loosen the bollt on the break away, and rotate it and move to outside of bridge. It will be close to the tire but will fit.

Is your bridge brand new, or rebuilt? Just curious...
