Busy day today. S/S customer in bay “detailing” timer not running. Generally I’m ok with someone finishing up in bay, when no one is waiting. At this particular time all the bays were full, but no one waiting. But then wait....the bay floor was not wet as you'd expect . So I asked the guy...is everything working ok? His response, “oh I’m not washing today...just wiping it down...I washed yesterday”. I had to follow up....where’d you wash yesterday? “The reading carwash” was his answer. I then suggested he go there to wipe down.....he did apologize and said he understood.....then continued with his wipe down.
