I have a customer with a autec 45 that is doing something that just dont make sense. I'm pretty good with these things, but even autec tech support said it ain't possible and therefore they didn't know what to tell me.
here go's: if you jump out 44,46,88,97 the triple foam comes on nicely and works well.
If you jump 44,46,88 to request blue soap only(all washes except works) there is not enough air. when 97 is added, all colors work great, just not by itself.
The air line comes down from the supply, goes into a solenoid, double stacked with another one, then a mini reg. when everything is jumped out the mini reg is responsive to any adjustments, when only jumping blue soap, the solenoid energizes and allows air thru, but then the mini reg is not responsive to adjustments.
