can not get my Access unit for m5 to print a receipt for customers with a wash pass or wash codes it will ask if you want a
receipt if you pay by cash or credit card it will not ask if we give a wash pass with wash code or member number
anyone ever have this problem its The Access B-Series Unit. Thanks for any help

In the software you can setup for which transactions you want it to either print or prompt to print a receipt. I would suggest logging into the unit and checking that setting. If you are not sure where to find it, please don't hesitate to give our tech service group a call.
