So I’ve been looking at this wash for a while it is 6 self serve bays and 1 touchless iba. There is an express wash about 3/4 of a mile away and 2 other self serves, one is on its way out. The wash I’m looking at is right in the middle of town and has a traffic count of about 20k. What’s your thoughts on purchase? It definitely needs to be gone through and brought back to life although it has good bones!
