Bad wash operator on FL east coast

I have been in business selling and working on car wash equipment in FL for about 20 years. I sold a Magic Wand automatic to an operator in Cocoa Beach, FL that has decided to stiff me for a substantial sum of money. I am just asking as a professional courtest that any service companies that might get a call to work on a Nexus there to just call or send a message to me. I can tell you the complete story, and also how they don't like to pay. We make fun of bad wash customers all the time, and deservedly so. There are a lot of wash operators out there that are just bad news and stupid me thought it was a good decision at one point.

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. If the amount is substantial, can't you take legal action to recover the amount owed to you?

Getting a cash settlement from a judgement in FL is very difficult. The state laws make it very hard to get money from deadbeats. That's why OJ was living in FL.
