has anyone used the baycommander from washtechcontrols?

Just wondered what type of product this was.. If anyone had experience with it I would appreciate some feedback.

We (as a distributor) installed one years ago and never could get it to work right - the programming was always at fault and we ended up pulling it out. It's basically a PLC and a large, multicolor LED display. If they're still around after 10 years, they've probably finally gotten it right.
