Bay Controller Decal Question

Does anyone recognize the brand of this bay selector? I need to get some new decals made. Any suggestions on printers familiar with this stuff or the manufacturer? Do most people just go to quick print shops for instructional decals??

Maybe someone could help me attach in image in this post???? I sized it correctly but can't seem to upload it. Instead I made the image of the bay controller my avatar. Hopefully you will be able to see the image that way.

That’s a custom made decal on a Specialty “Futura” meter box that's about 15 years old. I'd call Specialty.

I prefer an image hosting site such as imageshack.us (which is free). You can link an image from there to be displayed full size or post a thumbnail as a link to the original image. Photobucket images won't link directly here.

Kleen-Rite makes custom faceplate decals that are very inexpensive and very durable. I like to have the function labels extra large.
