I might check first with whoever did your meters. They might have a template to work from for your model.

We used Creative Color Graphic & Print Studio here in Minneapolis. They designed and printed them. The decals have been in service for one year and they still look great. Don't recall the exact cost, but it was reasonable.

Honestly, check with local vendors. You can probably get it really cheap from someone who can print vinyl graphics and avoid shipping fees too! Just really depends on what you're looking for.

Someone here on the forum mentioned ahearnsigns.com, I had new faceplates made up recently and want to get new decals made, going to send them the metal faceplate with the current decal with the changes I want for the new ones, having the metal there should make it easier for them to make the decal a perfect fit for the metal, the decals I have currently don’t line up real good with the cutouts on the new faceplates. Check out there website, they do allot with carwash, c-store, gas pumps.
