I have a bay meter that won't change functions. I have replaced the keypad and the circuit board (and the coin acceptor and timer for that matter). The buttons make a beeping sound, all but foam brush, but the light stays on "wax". I have basically replaced everything in the box. Sometimes it will work ok for a few days but it always does it again. Any ideas?
