Beacon Mobile Issues

Hi, we have moved to beacon mobile owned by DRB for our mobile app. We are having issues with our SS bays and Vacuums not working with the app all of a sudden. It keeps
saying machine not responding.

We have tried calling them and it goes to voicemail. I leave a message and its crickets. I emailed them and its crickets. Dose anyone know of a quicker way to contact them? We are losing business because of this. They wont respond.

Had the same issue a couple weeks ago. Verizon changed something with how they process payment over the air is what I was told. I use Nayax and they were the ones that made a change and fixed it. If you have Nayax call them and have them lookup Lighthouse Car Wash and they may be able to see the case notes.

called Nayax. we run through ATT and they still couldnt fix the issue. They said everything looked fine on their end. Blamed it on Beacon. Fianlly got a call from Beacon. They said it matched up correctly on their side and blamed it on Nayax. They started a email thread with nayax to work on it. No response from Nayax as of this morning.
