"Beer Barn" type drive thrus

This isn't specifically related to car washes, but as a bunch of entrepreneurs, I want your opinions. I remember traveling in Ohio and seeing little drive through convenience stores. Your car actually drove through the building. Some of them looked like little barns with a barn door open on the entrance an exit. We don't have these in TN, but it seems like a good business model that would work here. Do any of you know anything about this? I'd love to see a business plan or get some income/expense data from an owner. There is a property near my carwash that I believe would work for this purpose.

I think having one of those barns could be 10x more lucrative than a car wash, while not really a drinker, we all know people don't even need a reason to drink, I found a beer barn type in texas and copied the link

I am also put a link to a local guy that has a very large barn 12,500 sq ft, his sales are beyond belief, He is next to my bank, and I see employees with the two wheeler loading cars with cases. He claims the best selection from Minneapolis to Seattle. This is the guy to copy!!

On the Outer Banks of North Carolina are stores that your drive through. They mainly sell beer and some snacks. Some of their stores also sell gasoline.
The name is Brew-Thru. http://www.brewthru.com/

When we were leaving the Outer Banks we drove passed a new wash being built. Of course I had to turn around and take a look. It has three ss bays, an iba bay and a bay lined with coolers on both walls. A fellow working there said the owner was going to sell beer and sodas similar to the Brew-Thru concept.

In Pennsylvania I have seen dairy stores where cars could drive up on either side. Customers never leave their cars. I've never used one but imagine they sell convience store products as well.
