Belanger pricing

We work on some Belanger machines and it has been frustrating just getting parts pricing from them. They have taken well over a week jus to get the pricing for stuff. How in blazes do they stay in business this way? Anybody know a quicker way to get this? Their website has pricing, but you have to know their part number to get it.

That is strange. I have never had a problem with them. Call sales and ask for Alan Luce if you can't get a hold of anyone in tech support.

They expect their distributors to know the machines well enough to put together their own parts lists.

Belanger is a certified ISO 9001 company which means everything is strictly documented. Do you have the maintenance manual for the machine you are working on?

Wiki, this place is typical of many, in that they might have had the manual when new, but after a dozen people changes it's lost. I called Belanger a few months ago to get mitter pricing. After two weeks of talking to them I jus gave up. The final straw was when she had to know what color for the cloth BEFORE she could quote it.
