Anyone have experience/thoughts/opinions on the Belangar Tire Shine machine for the in bay automatic? I have been considering adding one to one of my automatic bays and can't decide if it is something worth doing. For anyone that has one, it is used much? Is it reliable and does a good job?

No one else around other than tunnel washes offer tire shine, so I wondered if it would be something that would set me apart a bit and maybe add some new customers while some of the current customers might spend more. I don't want to add another headache though, or something that won't work well and do a great job shining the tires.

This wash isn't very busy, but has been slowly picking up over the past year.

Thoughts?

I do not remember what this unit looks like.... I think my Dad has one though? :)

But I think the issue with using these in an automatic environment is the car needs to pull out straight. If they don't it will rip, pull or crack the sponge dispencers. Which in turn will make maintainance really high.

I forgot to add the car needs to travel at a constant rate for the product to be dispenced evenly. Which would be close to impossible off a conveyor. Saying that I have heard of someone doing it before with a Sonny's unit but I don't remember the outcome.
