I currently have the turtle wax dilution blocks for a lot of my chemicals, but want to replace them with something else as they break easily and I am out of replacement parts for them. They use standard large hydrominder tips, but each block has 2 tips. One for the chemical and one that draws out of the hot water holding tank. What should I consider as a replacement? I did buy one of the ultra lean screw in adapters for the hydrominder and the ultra lean tips, but wasn't sure if that would have the same effect since it would only use one tip and not a second that draws water. Thanks.

Best High Concentrate Dilution method?

I've made and used a manifold by just adding a tee and a second eductor tip, then running a hose to the already diluted tank to reduce the suction of the other tip drawing from the bucket. Unfortunately there's not a chart for dilutions AFAIK, it's trial and error to find a setup that works.

1. If water pressure is good I use the Ultra lean. This works well for 3 of my 4 places
2. At one place with erratic pressure I have done what MEP says, but now I just pre dilute. I use a 30-55 Gallon drum and add water to the concentrate. Depending on the application I may add 2 or 3 buckets of water to the 5 Gallons of concentrate and use regular hydro-minder tips.

I will try the ultra lean as that is the easiest, but with the ability to simultaneously draw water from the holding tank to dilute it as it draws, I would rather do that as I I wouldn't have to pre-dilute or store large drums. I have a very small ER, so any room I can save the better.

If a 55 is too large you could use a 20 gallon drum. It will likely last a long time. Since I do this for tunnle applications sometimess a 55 Gallon drum is a time saver.
Here's a pic of the layout - I've never used the foot valve in the tank as the restriction affects the dilution, and I've never had the tip clog.
Not a bad idea, I'll try it.
