The car wash industry is constantly evolving, with new technology making operations more efficient. What are some tech upgrades you've implemented at your self-serve car wash locations? This could include payment systems, automated monitoring tools, security cameras, or anything else that has improved your workflow or customer experience. I'm curious to see what’s out there

I believe the best tech tool I have is my Nayax card readers. The phone apps allowing me to remotely track sales is great insight but I think the biggest thing is for customer service. The device is very user friendly with on screen and verbal instructions. If someone calls me with an issue I just turn the bay on for them with the Monyx app.

I'm too lazy to implement a blowdown system to get rid of weep, but no idea how these things would hold up.
