Bill changer - American Changer AC1005-2221 Series

Hi,
The former owner of my car wash had a slip recording daily $1 and $5 bill counters. However, I could not figure out how he can do that. The bill meter shows only one number. How did he get two numbers for $1 and $5 receptively. Any idea? Thanks

The counter reading is the total value of notes accepted.
If yesterday's reading was 105991 and today's reading is 106857, there should be $866.00 in the bill stacker.
Count the $1s and $5s and log the totals on your list.

Dan, Cantbreak80 & others,

That is an example of where a changer manufacturer can at least offer the option to differentiate themselves. On our two Standard 600EFs we reliably just have our specific bill totals along with other pertinent info go directly to our database form on our ethernet linked computer screen. From that 2 click process we can do another click to see a printout. With an additional 2 one second clicks we can have whatever report we choose to instantly come out of our HP Laser Printer. We prefer this along with the 3 compartment stacker to having to have a more expensive bill sorter counter than our less expensive Sam's Club model. We won't lose any sleep at all when they eliminate the one dollar bills because it will be a perfect fit for the 3 bin stackers on our two Standard ChangeMaker 600EFs. Our tens & twenties will no longer have to be separated.

Thank you, Cantbreak80 and mjwalsh.
These are good information. I did not know meter counter is total received.
Do you know american ac1005 can be upgraded to do as 600efs?
Back to my original question, the former owner did list meter readings for $1 and $5 seperately. For instance, he listed 1s on wed 43666, thur. 43878, and 5s on wed 28564 and thur. 28703. Any idea?
