It would have to be fairly neutral which won’t do anything for tires and wheels.Hi, Is there a Tire and Wheel Product that will not eat brass fittings? If so, what Brand?

Agree with the others. Sure, you can find a tire cleaner that won't eat brass. It won't clean very well either. low pressure stainless steel fittings aren't very expensive. Kleen rite, dultmeier, and supplyhouse.com are pretty good sources.
ETA: plastic is OK if no other choice, but I tend to screw things up pretty bad and am constantly cross threading them.

Windtrax has (or had before everything went up) really good prices on stainless fittings.
