A friend recommended some Brian Klemmer tapes. He actually loaned me some which I listen to while driving.

They have been great. Mainly they have been an impetus for me to get things done. Many of the things I was procrastinating about for a long time I suddenly found myself able to do. One thing is 'automating' one meal per day. I chose lunch, which I make at the detail shop. It's just a sandwich, but it's something I like and is fairly healthy for me. My wife says I won't stick to it, so we'll have to see who's right. I may stick to it now that she said that, just out of spite.:p

Another thing is swimming regularly. I have been dabbling with it but it has finally taken hold as a habit; maybe because it's Summertime.

What about you? Are you ready to make a few changes that are over-due? As silly as you may think they are, self-help tapes have worked for me. But hey; what do I know???:D
