Bubble Brush runs even with machine off

We have a 1 bay/self serve Carwash for our RV storage. The foam pump is running even with the machine being off. Had to turn pressure all the way down so it won’t pump.

Thought is replacing solenoid valve, but why would it be running even when the car wash machine is not even in use?

Take apart the solenoid valve you probably have some debris under the seat inside the valve.

What kind of pump do you have? If it's an air operated diaphragm pump like a Flojet then it may run because it always has pressure on it and there's "dirt" in the solenoid valve keeping it from closing.
