Hello everyone - we just completed installing (2), new, wash world IBA's and started test running them yesterday. Thank you Brad Harvick and Kyle Kuhse for your hard work...you did a great job. We are really pleased with the wash quality and functions of the systems, but realize we've got some tweaking to do with the wash passes, speed, chemicals, etc. The biggest difference between our old Hydrosprays and our new WW is that we can wash dually's. It has been quite the buzz around our wash lately. Here's what we've started with, please give your advice. Wash #1 (Dually Wash)=LP 1 @ 7, LP 1 @ 7, Soak, HP RNS @6 (F/R 3Pass), 3Foam @5, Seal @9, HP RNS @ 6, HP RNS @ 7, Flex Pass (Drying Agent) @9, SpotF @9, Dryer @ 60 Secs. Wash #2 (The Works) = LP 1@ 7, LP 1 @7, Soak, HP RNS @ 6 (F/R 3 Pass), 3Foam @ 5, Seal @ 9, HP RNS @ 6, Flex Pass @ 9, SpotF @ 9, Dryer @ 60 sec.

Wash #3 (Deluxe) = LP 1 @7, LP 1@7, Soak, HP Rns @ 6 (F/R 3 pass), HP Rns @6, SpotF @ 5, Dyer @ 60 seconds. Wash #4 (Basic) = LP 1@5, LP 1@9, Soak, HP Rns @6, HP Rns @7 (Conserve ON), SpotF@ 5

Your advice is greatly appreciated. We've obviously got a lot to learn about this system.......what a difference NEW technology will make. Our ability to customize is awesome!

Thanks - Dale
