Camera systems?

One of our three sites has dummy cameras. Currently having an issue at that location with people trashing the bay, literally finding broken center blocks, sheet rock, household, trash, whatever you can think of dumped there, I reached out for a quote from the security company that installed the cameras at our other two locations prior to us purchasing them. The quote I got back was eye-opening. What camera systems do you currently have install that you have installed yourself that utilizes an app for you to be able to view your campers from? Something of good quality but not thousands of dollars to purchase. Thanks in advance.

I know you want an inexpensive option but I can only speak for what I have. I have 2 locations that I use Invid. I think I have about 35 cameras in total. They work great and have a nice app. All connected and powered via Ethernet. I installed them myself so that helped with the cost, but the cameras are bit pricier than others.

Lorex works fine for the money but their app is slow.
fwiw;
Since their last update earlier this year I stopped getting notifications on the "cloud" app (which is a Lorex app) so I called Lorex to ask WTF. They said I had to move to the "Lorex" app (the one that actually says Lorex over the icon). I get my notifications now but only one person can view the system at a time. That sucks because I have a bunch of family members that are thoroughly entertained by the goings-on at the washes and they report stuff I might otherwise miss. The solution is family gets the "Cloud" app and I have both on my phone. The "Lorex" one gives me alerts, the "cloud" app is the one I open to check the washes and it's pretty fast. I bought my 4K systems 5 years ago and I'm getting ready to upgrade for facial and license plate recognition and audio. If I'm forced to use the "Lorex" app, it'll be a firm deal breaker and will have to find something else.

We have been pretty happy with our Montavue system. We think they are the next level above Lorex but of course cost more. We have 32 cameras at one 3/1 location. 😂

I have Lorex and Hikvision. Lorex is the budget friendly system but is just as good as Hikvision.
My neighbor at one wash has WatchDog. He gets good pictures of the Carwash from a camera mounted on the side of his building that I’d guess is over 50 yards away. If I had to replace my system I’d look closely at WatchDog

Lorex has two lines of NVRs, one is targeted towards business and one is targeted towards homeowners. I think they call them Elite and Fusion
The Elite systems use the "Lorex Pro" app. It works much better than the older app. I know it supports multiple users.
I think Lorex Cloud is only for the Fusion line.

I haven't personally used the Fusion series but it seems that most of the complaints come from the Fusion serious and the Lorex Cloud app.
