Can an ACW controller Cash totals be reset?

My ACW4 controller (v4.23) works fine....but something unusual happened. For some reason, the Total Vending Cash dollar amounts went amok....into the millions of dollars. I can't find out how to reset this counter. Everything else in the controller works fine. I can reset the Audit Vault counts. The other Total Vending counters (Count, Tokens, Credit Card) work fine. It just that somehow...something jackpotted the Cash$ counter...and the number is astronomical.

Can this be reset?

All kidding aside, I think you can do it. I'm pretty sure I did it many years ago. IIRC, you have to pull one of the chips off the board and it will lose it's memory. I'm sure Randy will chime in and let us know for sure.

If you want to totally erase all memory you can pull the ram chip. Its the only chip that is double stacked on the board. It plugs on top of a battery chip. Of course you will have to reprogram all your wash prices, names, tokens, etc.
