Take a look at the education seminars and make sure they are a good fit before you spend the money on a full pass. They are generally geared towards the tunnel segment with employer related issues and
marketing. Even though they have had a couple of round tables and Q&As for SSs, the one I went to two years ago were guys all from the same region running a somewhat standard business. I don't mean that in a bad way, they are likely better operators than me. But I find more ideas and out-of-the-box thinking here than I do at those seminars.
