Charles Williams started working for my Father in 1955 or so. In the Full serve days he was a "Drive off Man" as well as a detailer. My memory of him goes back to about 1967.
In Later years thru 11/19/15 he worked part time as a Cashier. On 11/23 he called (He was not scheduled to work 11/20-22) and said he was not doing well and needed a couple of days off. (An extremely rare occurrence) Spoke to him again on 11/20 and urged him to go to a doctor ASAP.
He passed away unexpectedly on thanksgiving at age 79. One of his relatives related that his wish was to be cremated and have his ashes spread at the car wash. Some relatives are opposed to that so they are apparently making other arrangements which is fine.
