Created a problem for myself this afternoon and now I am stuck.
I had a manager quit, that up until recently had the only manager/administrator access to carwatch. Today I was in the system marking him "terminated" and putting the lock on his access, when I saved the changes with the locks in place it kicked me out and blocked my access as well. So now it evidently is operating with no "manager" on duty and we are not able to manually enter a wash, we are not able to clock in or out, or perform any functions in CW. My employee number also had manager/administrator access and I thought it would prevail, but obviously was tied to his.
When I try and enter the terminated managers employee number and password it says "password invalid."
When I enter my info it just beeps like it does with all other employees that do not have access.
Anyone have any ideas or help before I have to pony up to DRB for their "support."
We are using the old Dos version of CW too by the way....
