Hi folks, very new to this. I did a search here but can't find it I have a 2 bay self service wash and had 2 Cat 623 pumps stop working. We got one bay up with a spare but I want to have these rebuilt as I can't see buying new for the location. Does anyone know or able to recommend someplace to rebuild the pumps it's several hours from me and my time is very limited so I think I'm better off just using someone that does this rather than me figuring it out as I want to get them both working and can figure them out on the spare after. Anyplace in the Richmond Va area would be even better. :) Thanks for any info you can share.

Any idea what made them stop working? Might be something very simple that we could walk you through. Ie, did a part break off, did it start leaking, no high pressure etc.

These are in a small town in WV and the local water authority sometimes is marginal at best. We think there was an issue with the water being shut down and we were not told. And customers tried to use it. Not sure if this caused it as it was also cold but neither pump water now and are not seized at all.

They're not real difficult or expensive to repair yourself - you're probably going to spend $400-500 per pump if you have to ship it to someone. I do a "rubber parts only" repair on them that costs about $100. I'm working on a parts list now. The repair manuals are available at catpumps.com.
