Shut off the power, then check all wire connections between the breaker panel and the motor starter. Then check all connections between starter and motor.
On more than one occasion I have seen a loose wire connection cause motor overload tripping - Especially on larger motors, and where vibration might be a factor.
Also, double check the adjustment for the overload. It should be set a little higher than the full load amps for the motor.
Check the amperage draw while running full pressure - A partially plugged nozzle combined with a regulator set too high can cause increased running amperage.
