So I was visiting friends in New Orleans a few weeks ago, and we were driving through Chalmette when I saw this inverted L IBA setup on a very tiny lot. Is anyone on here from around there? It was on the main drag. It looked like a laser, but I wont' swear to it. And it was setup with a modular building. Looked like it was quick and simple construction. The guy was sure busy when I drove by.

I'm just curious if anyone knows about this wash? Mainly where did he get that modular building, and how does it assemble? I'd like to know more information about the entire situation if anyone knows...

The wash you're referring to is a Laserwash M5 with a Nuform Building (formerly Royal Buildings). I built and equipped the location. It's a pre-finished concrete form that's 6" thick and load bearing. Start to finish is about 3 1/2 days. After the concrete hardens, you tie in your roof trusses. The ceiling of the wash bay is finished out with the thin Nuform panel, and attached directly to the wood trusses. Easy, easy.

If you have any questions, just ask!
