I have a Unitec WS2. The chute that delivers coins for change keeps jamming up (nothing to do with the coin acceptor). Some quarters are hung in the very bottom of the chute where there is a little bend in the metal chute to deliver the coin to the trough. Sometimes the whole chute is jammed up. And the top of the chute where the quarters come out of the hopper is always jammed up when the rest of it is jammed - kind of like a log jam. I have taken it apart and cleaned and polished the chute. Don't know what else to do. I am considering putting some shims under the back of the change hopper assembly to put the chute on more of an angle. Any suggestions?

I found that with mine when I was cracking open rolls of quarters paper would find its way into the spinning part that fires them out causing it to lose momentum, as well as in the chute. I also cleaned it with wd-40. so one or both of the solutions did the trick.

I had the same problem, I removed the chute and polished it with 1000 paper and then painted it with clear coat brought at local auto supply, no problems since (2 Yrs)

Had same problem, opened up the end of the chute to the left (if you open up to the right, it will catch the corner of the hopper).
