change machine error question!

Hello friends,

I've recently inherited a self-serve car-wash and am still pretty new at running the business. As a newbie , I've been reading many threads throughout this forum for many of the problems that I've encountered thus far and am very thankful for all the help and responses that you guys have been contributing in the other threads. However, I am unable to find the manual guide for the change machine nor am I am able to find a thread with the solution to a problem I am having with a change machine.

Does anyone know what this error means? Thanks in advance!!

What brand/model number machine is this? Also a bit difficult to make out the message from the angled photo. Is this the only error message you are getting? I presume it does not clear when you power down and power back up. A little more info might help us help you.

What is the machine doing (if anything). Almost all my change machine errors are, Bill or Coin Jamb & Overpay/Underpay

It looks like the read out display inside my Rowe. If it is a BC 1200/1400, I have a pdf of the manual. PM me with your email.

Looks like a stringing attempt with a $1 bill. Zero days 23 hours and 40 minutes ago.

I am assuming that is what ST stands for. I know this is what the error looks like on a fast feed shutdown except FF instead of ST.

Push the reset button.
