Charitable Remainder Trust

Does anyone have one of these or have you looked into them? I should have done this a month ago, but I still need to do it and will before the end of the year.

I had never heard of one till your post and then looked at a few --looks like
they are very complicated- tax savings and all that- alot of large companies
like Schwab and others that have their hands in it. Maybe besides the new
car you need a new house- in one of the places the press bitched Romney was hiding everything. Maybe setup something to do with an award for the most innovative car wash product or invention every year.

I wonder if their practicality has anything to do with the death tax thresholds changes starting in 2013???
