Clean But Dirty Car ??

Anyone have a way to get the mirrors cleaner, such as Grand Ams bullet style, they seem to retain the dirt, after the customer exits they complain about the dirt lodged in mirror that streaks the car.

Offer a free towel drying station. They can dry their own mirrors to their hearts' content.

I think you're aiming a little high here, which is fine. Honestly, mirrors drip after even the most thorough hand wash, so expecting better from your IBA is a lofty goal. In the Winter, when there's extra dirt, sand, and salt built up behind the mirror glass, water from the wash gets in there and it drips.

I first explain that the machine needs to wash all kinds of cars and trucks of different shapes, but to the machine, they're all boxes. So it doesn't know about weird mirrors, wings, etc. I then tell them that why we have SS bays.
