My son and I manager car washes (bays,tunnels & auto,lube & tires & laundry, LP and storage). We always look for ways to save, cut cost and not service. We have done the cfl & led, did away with weep, turned down water temp, backed off on labor. May be we where all apart of the bubble or maybe help create the thing?
Now we all look for a better and smarter way to operate. Granted we all know that for the most part we only need half the bays or space that we all maintain. Even on the best and busiest days of the greatest time of the prime season in what ever part the country you are in..... We still need to make a profit.
May be just once in a while we need to stop and look at ourselves and remember that we do a great job, offer a great service, at a fair price, create jobs, pay taxes, support our communities.
Always remember if you keep looking in the past it will be following you if you let it.
