I have Ettowah Valley Coin boxes with a rotary dial to select what feature you are useing. When you make your selection, a woman's voice comes over the speaker and says "Rinse" (or whatever was selected). In one of my bays, when the customer selects the Foam Brush, the woman's voice says "Foam Brush" over and over again. She won't shut up and it is very annoying. I assumed it was a loose connection. I opened up the coin box and tightended every screw around the outside of the rotary switch mechanism. This didn't help. Can one of you smart tech guys help me out here?

The repetitive woman's voice can be quite a challenge. Have you tried apologizing & buying her something shiny?

Try disconnecting the solenoids. If it continues to repeat, it's a problem with the timer. If not, you may have a wiring or voltage problem.

Did you also check the wiring from the rotary switch to the voice command section on the timer? Does "foam brush" scroll across the display or is it just the voice command only?

The words "Foam Brush" do scroll across the display. It starts the scroll over every time she says "Foam Brush". I really don't know how to fix this.

I would remove the timer and separate all of the boards, make sure all of the connections are clean, reassemble, and then retest.

Btw: you can disconnect the wire that feeds the voice command for the FB. Just cap it off until you have time to figure out the problem so that you do not need to listen to the repeating voice.
