Coin harness connector

So, this happened. It looks like they were cut but I don't know how that could happen. I stripped the wires and realized I didn't know how to get the little bits of blue and yellow wire out or how to keep the wires in the connector. Is there some crimping tool?

I tried to order the crimper for those, was something like $200.

I wish I could say that shocked me but in my short time in the business the one thing I have learned is everything is expensive.

When that cheap coin mech that JE Adams put in there croaks then you would need to cut, strip and wire nut the wires to a new (better) one anyway.

The Imonex coin acceptors they use actually cost more than Coin Mech brand. They prefer the Imonex because they don't rust, but they just don't last.
