Currently running a 4 bay SS location in S Louisiana. The site is set up with a Coleman Hanna 4 bay Power Pack similar to the picture. It has triple foam and RO spot free as well.

With your experience and knowledge in the SS industry, what spare parts and quantities of those parts would you keep on hand for future breakdowns? I like to be prepared to minimize down time of bays that may go down. Thanks in advance for your feedback!!

Overall, they're pretty reliable units. In addition to spare bay equipment (hoses, brushes, etc), I would keep a spare paraplate regulator and a couple of the stainless steel solenoid repair kits for the GC solenoids. Looks like KR part number is GCK41. The originals were nickel plated brass and corrosive products eat through the plunger housings. If you want to be proactive just buy replacement manifolds for your tire cleaner and presoak liquids, it's just a matter of time before they go out. But make sure the ones you buy has stainless plunger housings.

It wouldn't hurt to have a spare rotoflow 3/8" pump and a motor on hand, both available from KR. Those parts may sit on the shelf for years before you need them.
