Another newbie question. I have a product labeled "Tire Cleaner" that is supposed to be "low pressure" from the "high pressure" wand. When this selection is engaged, across any of the bays, the high-pressure wand only spews out a little bit of air.

I have attached some pictures/videos.
The product bay for the tire cleaner appears to be bubbling (video).
The product air control shows 50 PSI on the intake, but nothing on the output dial.

Note that I have tried adjusting the output valve, but this does not appear to do anything .

Does anyone have a recommendation on what to try to nail down first as the issue?

Thanks as always.

Can you hear the tire clean pump run? If so try decreasing the air down to 10 psi or so and see if it will pick up and start pumping again. If this works you can increase the pump pressure on the pump. I run mine around 70psi but many people run lower. Whatever your choice the air should be about 15psi lower than the liquid pressure. If none of this works but you can still hear the motor running you may need to replace the pump

If the pump is not running you could have a couple of things wrong :Bad pump, bad motor, or bad or stuck float switch in the tank that has cut the pump off. Also could be a bad IDX MX controller. Check the float switch first obviously
