Coleman Super Vac Blowing fuses

Ive got a SS vac that keeps blowing the 24v 5a fuse. I replaced the 1034r timer because sometimes that could be the problem. Im assuming it may have something to do with the transformer? Any thoughts from anyone?
 
If he's using a 5A fuse on a vac motor, that right there is the problem, otherwise he must have a short or a bad component on the low voltage side.
