College Park Car Wash, Inc. is hiring a Manager at our College Park, Maryland location.

We are a family-owned business for over 27 years in Maryland. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and exceptional customer service.

SUMMARY

· The Manager is responsible for all aspects of cleanliness, routine maintenance, and customer service of a self-serve car wash.​

Job Functions

· Maintain a clean and litter-free grounds, including trash and recycling removal throughout the day​

· Direct, schedule, and perform maintenance activities​

· Ensure proper documentation of all service and preventative maintenance​

· Maintain daily sales records, inventory, and check-in deliveries​

· Provide exceptional customer service to all customers (phone & person-to-person) required in English and desired in Spanish​

· Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, outside, in all types of weather​

· Able to lift 50+ pounds routinely​

· Able to climb ladders (8 feet+)​

Job Skills

· Desired 3 years of experience, but not required, skills in:​

- pump/motor maintenance,​

- plumbing, and/or​

- electric repair​

· Supervisory experience​

· Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays​

· Must be detail-oriented and have strong communication skills​

· Demonstrated computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based programs helpful​
