Creep Right to Home before Spot Free Rinse

Occasionally i'm getting impact faults on my Laser 4000 due to customers driving out of the bay as the Spot Free Rinse is beginning. What i'm observing is the arch makes a Creep Right move to the home position after the pass just BEFORE Spot Free which can appear to a customer that the wash is complete although the stop sign is obviously indicating otherwise.

Is there something in my programming that will adjust this? We have no dump valve, thus the dump timer is set to zero. What's the purpose of the arch creeping right before this pass, it does not do this between any of the other wash passes.

Any ideas?

It creeps to the right so the dump valve can be activated to purge the chemical in the line prior to dispensing spot free. If you put the purge time to zero, it might make this movement go away, but you will have residue from the previous pass mixed in with the spot free water on the front of the car. I would add signage, as travler suggested.
