Crypto analytics…

Hi All,

for those of you that have the crypto analytics, wouldn’t it be nice to see your crossover sales….?

How many customers that use your wash, also use your vacuums, dog washes, automatics, etc…..

If there are more requests for this data, they will make the software tweak to mine this data….

What do you think….?

Call it cross selling… if we can get a new customer on site using the dog washes to also wash their cars, it’s a natural upsell….

The dog washes are relatively new, now 2 years in, and bringing in a lot of new customers to the biz… (Would highly recommend the dog washes if you have a lot of dogs in your area…!)

When I am there, and chatting with a new customer, it’s easy to give them 2 tokens for a free vacuum….

As for the data, it’s kinda like a good report card, it shows higher ticket sales and customer satisfaction….
