Crypto pay swiper help

I have a bad swiper in one bay. I have a rebuilt swiper but as I look the current swiper has red/green wires and the rebuilt swiper has red and blue. Both have black and yellow and I know where those go but the red/green I don’t know which wires (red or blue) go to which area? Also how do I configure the replacement in crypto pay? Do I have to call them or can I do it through the dashboard? Any help is much appreciated!

You can configure in the dashboard. Once you connect the new swiper, just wait a few minutes for it to show up online, then configure it. On the rebuilt swiper, you use red if using count down and blue if count up. You will only use one of the two.
