Anyone having issues this weekend with cryptopay transactions update? Mine shows $0 for the day and did the same yesterday while carwash was busy. Yesterday’s transactions are just coming in. It is almost if like it is in a one day delay. I am not sure if it is just me or a general issue. Of course there is no one there to talk to over the weekend.

Mine were doing that as well and then I got all my totals at once. I was wondering what was up but I never received a purchase alarm so I thought. Maybe it was an internet issue. Seems fixed now
It’s definitely something on there end I would assume. Or, an update that has affected some of us. We have two locations and having the issue at both. We did have bad weather that came through a could days ago and it started then. The “A” light is flashing which means there are purchases stored on the coordinator but not pushing them through. It was a busy weekend at the washes, but the data hasn’t transferred to match the car count we actually had.
We received an alarm yesterday at one location and today at both. We shall see what supporting has to say about this issue in the morning.

I'm glad you posted this... I'm just getting back from a late-night drive to my washes to do a shutdown restart on my routers, modems, and coordinators. Transactions are just now coming in for Saturday. I thought it might be my service provider.
