Crypto Tap / Crypto Pay on IBA

I have a Standard GXP Paystation my cc reader on that unit that was original is pretty bad in fact now appears to have stopped reading cc's all together -

Has anyone used successfully the new crypto tap plus along with a swiper arrangement on their IBA paystation?

I have installed the Crypto Tap +, along with the Cryptopay swiper on a Wash Select 2. Just had to have Cryptopay pair the two together and it has been working great.

On a Goldline or Wash Select 2 you need a retrofit kit. I don't see a retrofit kit available for the Standard and I'm not sure if you can get it to work. Call Crypyopay tomorrow as they will know.

If you can't replace the CC reader you have or retrofit to Cryptopay you might be able to install a Monex reader. There are a few on here IIRC that have a Nayax reader on their Wash Select 2 (I think there is an interface board though) and I wonder if it is possible to get one of those to interface with a Standard.

I'd Call Standard, They just released a newer version of the GXP (Guardian XP) that uses cryptopay, nayax, etc. Im sure they should be able to set you up. Might be some $$$ to boot but id say that they could probably help more so than cryptopay.
