I recieved a charge back today for a partial authorization obtained. I assume this is because the pre authorization amount of $15 was less than the total amount $27.25.

Is anyone else having issues with charge backs when cryptopay combines multiple transaction with only one pre authorization? I understand this reduces the credit card fee for the total transaction when onsite but the charge back fees are outrageous.

Has anyone had cryptopay turn off the aggregation feature? If so did you see this was a worth while step or did it cause any unforeseen issues?

How many chargebacks do you get, I have 2 sites with 18 total bays, 17 vacs, and 2 ibas and 14 laurel vendors all with cryptopay. I get maybe 3 to 4 charge backs per year. I shrug it off and move on with the volume i move. Not sure what fees your paying for the chargeback but ive never had to pay more than the overage from preauthorization to total amount used. If i were to turn off the consolidation feature and hit a preauthorization for every swipe 2 things would happen, 1 my phone would ring off the hook about preauthorization charges and i would probaby pay way more in cc fees vs the money i lose on a few chargebacks
