Just wondering if anyone has had an experience like this? Can anyone explain how this could happen? A customer pulls up to our acw4 to get a wash in our laser 4000. He swipes his card over and over and over and over. He maybe even tries multiple card (cant really tell from the cameras). He pushes the selection button at several times and finally the door goes up and a wash is activated. He was charged for two washes according to cryptopay. I'm just not sure how this could happen??
