Cryptopay Help

I am out of town, and noticed that my coordinator was not responding. I had my assistant go and power cycle the coordinator. My status changed. The online manage my site said that I was back online. Now only one of my swipers out of 6 is connected(showing the red, blue etc color sequence on the swiper). All of the rest are showing out of service at the bay. Yellow and green. Never ever had an issue until today. Talked with Chris at CPay, and he said it would be ok. But it's not. He said we should talk on ties so he can upgrade my firmware. Kind of frustrated as nothing is working. Power cycled the router and coordinator per Chris' request.

Anybody have issues like this? Looking for some help.

Turned out to be an internet provider, and Cryptopay issue. CryptoPay ugraded my coordinator firmware, and all is good. AT&T had some work to do as well. No lost business really, due to CPAYs design. They handled it well. Much better than me : ).

that's what i like about cryptopay; they have good customer service and have been able to solve my problems quickly and properly.
