Cryptopay LED Display on ACW4 is really spotty....Any fixes?

We've got a Hamilton ACW4 with the cryptopay conversion kit. The LED display has some burned out diodes. Is there a repair for this or do you have to replace the whole display?

Not sure ….. but fyi……Hamilton is discontinuing all support, service, and parts on the ACW4 this year.

If you call Cryptopay depending on how old your unit is they will send you new led chips for free. I don’t remember exactly but I believe there is 5 or 6 that make up the display. You just swap out the one that is bad. It least that’s how it was on the gold line. Pretty sure acw would be the same.

That sounds like the displays on idx timers, those modules are available on digikey. Look at the part number on your current led modules and you should be able to order them also

We bought them from Cryptopay and it seems like they were inexpensive.
