Has anyone had trouble processing debit cards with the CryptoPay Goldline Retrofit Kit? Occasionally a customer cannot pay with a debit card, neither the tap or the swipe will go through. When you power cycle the auto cashier the debit card with the error will process.
If the customer has a credit card the transactions work great. We have 2 locations both set up the exact same way and this only occurs at one site. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
